We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controls Application Engineering Intern to join our dynamic Controls team. Location: Plymouth, MN - in office 4 days a week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2026

What you will do:

• Learn how to develop and improve control sequences for HVAC systems to outline how they run
• Assist with coding and implementing operations for HVAC systems
• Support both hardware and software aspects of the systems, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Collaborate with engineers to solve problems and support the creation of standard operating procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sophomore or Junior pursuing Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Coding
• Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN office

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $24/hr - $27/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
