Administrative Assistant Combined Courts Administration Hourly Pay Rate: $19.88 $29.83 Closing Date: September 22, 2025 or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received Job Summary: Provide high-level administrative support to management including Court Coordinators, Court Commissioners and/or Judiciary, by handling duties associated with department-wide administrative and programmatic support activities. Providing crucial front-line customer service in person and by phone, interpret and explain court procedures, practices, and policies as required. This is a high-level professional position that requires a high-level of confidential administrative support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of legal documents and their purpose with strong organizational skills. Intermediate knowledge and skilled in the use of personal computers and the ability to enter and retrieve information. Perform word processing duties, including the generation of correspondences, legal documents, data entry, and reports. Sound analytical skills and detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills to quickly access and determine client-based issues. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
