The Compensation Analyst ensures organizational pay practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. This position supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs through data analysis, market research, and close collaboration with managers. The analyst maintains internal equity, ensures accurate job documentation, and manages compensation data systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.


Responsibilities:


  • Job Documentation & Compliance: Partner with managers and HR to create and maintain accurate job descriptions, review job classifications, and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations (FLSA, Equal Pay, ADA).



  • Program Management: Oversee our compensation management program, ensuring data integrity between compensation and HRIS systems. Collaborate on compensation projects, audits, and annual pay reviews.



  • Market Research & Analysis: Compile and analyze compensation survey data, evaluate external pay competitiveness, and recommend adjustments. Benchmark roles to ensure equitable and competitive pay structures.



  • General Support: Tackle a variety of compensation-related projects to support HR and business objectives.





Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field required


Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field


Preferred - Certified Compensation Professional
