Quality Inspector

• Complete Lot History Records, quality reports, and documentation for inspections and deviations.
• Inspect products using drawings, specifications, and precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, etc.) in both English and metric standards.
• Accept or reject products, escalate questionable or nonconforming items, and follow FIFO inspection practices.
• Perform functional and cosmetic inspections, product release, and cell inspections as required.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure gages are checked prior to use.
• Enter inspection results into the Quality Reporting Management system.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs; good hand-eye coordination.
