Job Summary The purpose of this role is to manage the product strategy of the North America Commercial and Residential Pest Control businesses. The responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer needs, monitoring market trends, tracking competitor offerings, partnering with the Innovation team to define the 5-10 year product roadmap and strategy, collaborating with Technical, Service, Sales, and other stakeholders to confirm level of effort, timing, and viability. This role will identify opportunities and implement initiatives to deliver on overall product annual targets. This role will manage a team of Product Managers responsible for leading strategic projects through the Stage Gate Process as the business lead. This team will present project ideas, benefits, and rationale to leadership to gain buy in. Once projects are approved, the business lead will spearhead business case creation and presentation at the NAIC (and Global Investment Committee, if needed). Along with the Project Manager, Product Managers will direct cross-functional teams including IT, Procurement, Finance, Innovation, Technical, Operations, Sales, Safety, Legal, and more, to refine and optimize plans and coordinate assumptions. This role works closely with internal teams including IT, Technical, Sales, Service, sales and Marketing and more teams to ensure we meet target growth and profitability. This role will also support product integration efforts, including service offering harmonization, pricing strategy, process optimization, risk mitigation, and more, with the goal of minimizing the potential for negative customer and colleague experiences as we integrate brands and systems. Key Performance Indicators Delivery: Execution to agreed North America Pest Control Strategy Plan, including overall portfolio revenue targets and profitability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: MANAGE PRODUCT LIFECYCLE & INNOVATION
Work closely with the Data, Analytics & Insights team to Aassess competitive landscape, market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform decisions. Define a vision and 5-10 year roadmap for key categories that will help meet financial targets and differentiate offerings and brands. Partner with NA Innovation and Global M&I team to assess the level of work needed to progress key innovation initiatives. Prioritize innovation efforts and define project scope, positioning, and value propositions on behalf of Marketing. Lead new product development and innovation process to ensure the portfolio is industry leading and delivers on what customers want and need.
MANAGE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Manage team of Product Managers who will act as the Business lead on new product development projects. Duties will include identifying project scope, benefits, markets, revenue targets, and level of effort to gain leadership alignment. Direct cross-functional team members towards project goals by providing execution guidance and gaining alignment on tradeoff decisions. Oversee business case creation and presentations to CFO and executive leadership, and adjust and refine assumptions throughout the life of the project. Support KPI creation and monitoring for projects to ensure business goals are met.
SUPPORT "BUSINESS AS USUAL" PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS
Set overall annual targets for each LOB and Vertical, including units, revenue, margins, etc. and partner with appropriate teams to develop plans to deliver through a consumer segment or vertical-based bundling strategy., including Evaluate and assess product portfolio (Financial measures, product life-cycle stage and competitive differentiation) to identify improvement opportunities. Assess current profitability by market, customer, product category, etc.to identify improvements for current and future products. Partner with Pricing team to determine new customer and renewal pricing to optimize revenue by service offering, vertical, account or line of business. Partner with other functional areas as needed to get feedback, execute changes and ensure success of product and pricing strategies (e.g., implementing pricing with IT, reporting with Sales Ops, etc.)
SUPPORT INTEGRATION EFFORTS
Support system and brand integrations by defining and executing harmonized product and pricing plan. Communicate changes to key partners and ensure timely rollouts. Evaluate impact of system changes to product management to define best path forward to minimize disruption to customers and colleagues. Oversee integration work of 3 contractors who are managing the creation of new processes and systems to support harmonization.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related area, BA or BS. 5-7 years of Product and Marketing management experience. Deep knowledge of product management and pricing strategy principles, especially related to professional services. Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles. Superior data analytic skills are required. Strong presentation skills are required. Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills. Strategic thinking and ability to translate effectively to execution planning. Manage execution of strategy through and with others. Strong financial focus and acumen to drive profitable choices. Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems. Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail. Ability to lead multidisciplinary and international teams. Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must. Strong computer skills, including fluency in cloud-based Marketing Software. Experience with the Google Platform.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Business Development, Commercial or Marketing related subject Master's Degree preferred

Base Pay Range: $123,400 - $160,400 / year
