We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team dedicated to supporting D2D sales across CCI's footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing partner sales, while aligning with company and partner KPIs. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, leadership, influencing, and analytical acumen with a strong preference for experience in the telecommunications field.

Due to business needs, highly prefer to hire in Pacific or Mountain time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Management: Be company and partner champion, creating value through best practices, knowledge sharing, and process execution. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including Partner Principles, Sales Managers, and DSR's. Responsible for partner success beginning with onboarding, coaching, training, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Coaching/Influence: Balance key business metrics with 3rd party sales goals to provide coaching and influence decisions for partners. Create necessary processes and take in feedback for continuous improvement that meets both internal and partner needs.
  • Analytical: Able to consume and translate analytical info into actionable processes. Should be comfortable with data interpretation and translating into executive summaries outlining clear steps and processes to create value. Experienced in market analysis using SWOT or other techniques.
  • Reporting/Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, turf management, and prepare detailed sales and activity reports, as required. Organization and attention to detail to support overseeing of contracts, contests, events, and sales strategies and initiatives. Able to understand and forecast sales budgets.
  • Collaboration/Communication: Work closely with partners, peers, and other business unites to address needs, escalations, enhancements, systems, and processes to promote an excellent customer experience.
  • Strategic: Ability to step back and evaluate opportunities for increased sales/revenue, improved business efficiency, product improvement, and operational gains. Understands how changes to sales and partner behavior impacts all aspects of the business, not just channel numbers.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of six (6) years of previous sales experience in telecommunications, relating to commercial or marketing activities, and (3) three years of supervisory experience working in a sales environment preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Thrives in quota-based environment, with a proven record of success.
  • Ability to travel within serviceable areas, 15% expectation but will vary as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong record in developing and assigning geographic territories and customer/prospect modules. Demonstrated leadership ability, people-management and mentoring
  • A clear track record for consistently exceeding revenue goals. Success leading and managing large sales teams of resellers
  • Telecommunications experience strongly preferred

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $65,562 - $99,391
