Job Summary As a Learning & Leadership Development Advisor, you'll turn strategy into action by creating programs that empower associates, strengthen leaders, and support career growth. From early-career and onboarding to leadership development, you'll lead the design and delivery of engaging experiences and use creative internal communications to generate excitement and engagement for these programs. This is a visible, impactful role where your work will directly strengthen both our people and our business. Responsibilities & Qualifications What You'll Own The Learning & Leadership Development Advisor supports strategy, design, and delivery of learning and development programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and elevate associate and leadership performance. The role partners across HR and the business to curate and design impactful learning experiences, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of growth and inclusion. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs-from design and communication to delivery and continuous improvement aligned with business needs.
What You'll Bring
Salary Statement The salary range for this position is $106,451 - $145,000. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
