Position Summary

This role enters, revises and maintains order entry and booking processing for systems sales products. Ensuring order accuracy for a configuration and billing perspective

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain a professional image in representing LIGHT AND WONDER Gaming in both personal interfaces and communicated via phone, fax or e-mail.
  • Create quotes for sales team members for upcoming sales deals
  • Perform tasks related to creation and maintenance of part numbers and pricing in the quoting tool
  • Maintain accurate information related to customer profile, preferences and system configurations.
  • Follow assigned procedures for determining correct part numbers, enter sales orders, schedule sales orders for production, perform delivery follow-up and provide post-sales support including returns.
  • Coordinate install issues with customer and/or service teams' onsite. Review product approvals prior to order flip, coordinate part numbers releases with Engineering for new SKUs.
  • Provide regular updates on order status, shortages, schedule changes to customer and / or install teams. Escalate shortage issues impacting required delivery dates to management.
  • Schedule systems orders for production on a daily basis after analysis of shortages and based on delivery requirements. Create work orders for production, manage and troubleshoot issues related to held tasks, allocations and inventory adjustments.
  • Establish any special assembly requirements with production teams for system kits based on customer requirements.
  • Communicate and establish delivery guidelines with shipping teams based on customer requirements.
Qualifications

Leadership Skills: Able to organize and direct the activities of the regional to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers including conducting studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience.

Communication Skills: Well versed in effectively interacting with clients to identify and process their requirements.

Customer Service Skills: Able to courteously interact with clients and internal partners to ensure positive customer experience.

Education and Training Skills: An Associates degree in business administration, and or prior experience (3 years plus) in the field of customer service is also necessary for this position.

  • Attends seminars, workshops, and conferences for continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Oracle Experience Preferred

  • Gaming Experience Preferred
