As a key member of the Human Resources Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

As our HR Generalist, you'll be a key partner to the Revenue Cycle Management team of both employees and leadership, ensuring our workplace runs smoothly, remains compliant, and supports employee engagement.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be hands-on in partnership with your Sr. HRBP. You will collaborate, align, and execute employee relations, policy implementation, and HR operations, helping to shape the workplace culture and support business priorities.

Revenue Cycle Management & Field Services Team

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement people-focused strategies that align with business needs and support employee success.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to finalize job postings and create a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Own HR Operations: Manage the vehicle mileage program, track submissions, and collaborate with leaders to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assist with Workers' Compensation, LOA, including short-term disabilities and long-term disabilities.
  • Join forces with Talent Management to assist managers with performance management, monitor development plans, track progress, and suggest development opportunities that promote ongoing employee growth.
  • Champion HR systems: Maintain accurate and confidential records in Workday, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Help employees navigate HR policies, connect them with specialized HR resources, and provide clear, supportive guidance.
  • Strengthen employee relations by supporting conflict resolution and investigations, while fostering a culture of trust, respect, and fairness.
  • Contribute to team success by participating in HR projects and initiatives that drive the department and the organization forward.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the business.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with employees and leaders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills-you can juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting field-based or non-exempt employee groups.
  • Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Nice-to-Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Experience coaching managers through performance reviews and development planning.
  • Exposure to employee relations investigations.
  • Familiarity with mileage or field-support HR programs.
  • An interest in shaping employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Travel Requirements

  • Availability to travel up to 10% as required.
