Lead the global Account Management strategy for LSEG's Emerging Segment, with full commercial ownership of retention and growth across 16,900 high volume customers. This role oversees a book of business worth ~300m ARR and leads a ~110-person team across four strategic global hubs. It is responsible for defining and executing the commercial growth and retention strategy, shaping a globally consistent coverage model, and redefining the role mandate and performance standards of talent - contributing greatly to group-level revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own revenue and commercial strategy for the Emerging Segment (~300M ARR) across D&A / FTSE Experience required Strong knowledge of digital selling models, B2B customer segmentation, SaaS growth levers, pipeline management, and commercial tooling (e.g., CRM, CPQ, engagement platforms). Deep understanding of global capital markets and enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategies. Experience driving revenue through digital and hybrid sales. Global sales experience a plus. Over a decade leading high-performing commercial teams across multiple geographies. Skilled in scaling teams, managing change, and driving outcomes in a metrics-based culture. Enterprise leadership values and mindset. * Commercially minded and data-driven; able to translate insight into action and growth. Compensation/Benefits Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $203,900 - $339,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
