Acara Solutions seeks an Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator for our client in Scottsdale, AZ.

  • The Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • You'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production, or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings.
  • Following more advanced methods, techniques, and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units, we'll rely on you to build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies, or systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests, and rework and refurbish hardware and systems.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with manufacturing or production.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with J-STD-001 space addendum.
  • Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and enter data into the applicable work order management system.
  • Solid computer, communication, and time management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to multitask.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
