Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Central Region Sales Manager - Structural Steel Solutions to join our client, a leading provider of structural steel connection products, including innovative solutions such as BeamClamp, BoxBolt, and other engineered fastening systems.

  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Schedule: 100% remote with 30-40% travel across the Central Region (preferred locations: Detroit, Chicago, San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston)
  • Salary: $80,000-$85,000 base plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Manage and increase sales across the Central Region, meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, engineers, and fabricators.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand and diversify the customer base.
  4. Technical Support: Provide guidance, product recommendations, and solutions for customer projects.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional strategies to increase product adoption and market share.
  6. Collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to provide tailored solutions.
  7. Customer Engagement: Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions.
  8. Brand Promotion: Attend trade shows, regional events, and customer sites to showcase LNA solutions.
  9. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

* 5+ years of successful outside sales or territory management experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sales.

* Proven track record of new business development, account management, and revenue growth.
