Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Crisis Connections, is recruiting a Vice President of Clinical Care to join their team in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days per week. For the days you will be working on-site, there is free parking offered at the location in Downtown Seattle. Here is a little information on Crisis Connections and the role they are recruiting for: Crisis Connections is one of the largest crisis lines in the nation, serving individuals and families throughout Washington State with compassion, dignity, and equity. With over 50 years of experience, we provide critical support through a range of services including 24-hour crisis intervention, emotional support, resource referrals, and mental health access. Our programs-such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, WA Recovery Help Line, and King County 211-connect people in moments of crisis to life-saving care and resources. About the Role: Crisis Connections is seeking a visionary, results-driven Vice President of Clinical Care to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of our behavioral health crisis services. This high-impact role is responsible for shaping and advancing the delivery of trauma-informed, equitable, and evidence-based care across the full crisis continuum, from prevention to intervention to postvention. As Vice President, you will oversee clinical operations, program development, workforce training and development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, while also cultivating strong relationships with contractors, funders, and community partners. You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, setting the strategic direction for clinical initiatives that expand access, improve outcomes, and strengthen system-wide impact. The Vice President of Clinical Care is a transformative leader who inspires teams, drives innovation, and ensures that all clinical programs reflect the highest standards of excellence. Guided by Crisis Connections' mission and values, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of behavioral health crisis services in our region. Team Scope: This role leads a team that includes multiple Clinical Directors (988, 911 Diversion, Regional Crisis Care, Recovery & Peer Services), a Social Work Practicum Manager, and a Clinical Training Manager.
