TheCustomer Project Trainee role is a training position to prepare trainee to become a Customer Project Associate. Join APS as a Customer Project Representative Trainee and kickstart your career in utility project management. In this role, you'll complete a comprehensive training program and assist with routine electric service design projects, including upgrades, new installations, and lighting systems. You'll learn to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish, working closely with customers, developers, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective, code-compliant solutions. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, securing permits and easements, conducting field inspections, and managing project documentation.
