Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Research Coordinator II to write, edit, document, and package protocols, consent forms and other regulatory documents for all assigned research projects. The incumbent will be responsible for protocols from all sponsors (federal and non-federal) and completing all actions for the protocol to receive final IRB approval. They also will perform research and/or development in collaboration with others for projects. This position will be in support of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences' Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP), which is based in Bethesda, MD. The Research Coordinator assists with activities related to CDP's research activities in support of their mission to lead the development of a community of military culturally mindful and clinically competent providers through the delivery of high-quality training and education, the convening of experts, and the dissemination research-based treatment and the latest topics in military behavioral health. The CDP will lead survey research to assess the needs of military families and barriers to care, conduct secondary analyses of Military Health System records to identify predictors of access and dropout, and test a new telehealth referral network to improve care quality. CDP's work will directly advance knowledge of mental, emotional, developmental, behavioral (MEDB) conditions and support the development of innovative, scalable interventions for military-connected children and families.
