Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Ohio or Florida. This position will serve in oversight of our client incentive programs with day-to-day ownership of performance measurement operations, strengthening process discipline, and uplifting team capacity. This is a hands-on role that blends operational execution with process improvement, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a critical business function. Responsibilities
