Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Safety Specialist is responsible for providing on-site support for day-to-daysafety support, procedure and process improvements, as well as maintaining OSHA VPP requirements. Perform work under the supervision or independently of the Site Safety and Health Officer (Safety Manager) establishes policies and procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy. Contributes to the completion of the organizational projects and goals by performing tasks requiring discretion and general knowledge and ability. Errors in judgement or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
