Operations Lead

Key Role:

Serve as an Operations Lead to the Business Operations Lead. Be responsible for leading and executing business processes. Support staffing, subcontractor management, security, contract training requirements, travel, procurement, logistics, and asset management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with project management concepts and principles in a professional environment

• Experience leading teams and working as an integral member of the PMO and client delivery team

• Experience using Microsoft Project

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and exhibit organizational and time management skills

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with advising for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs

• Experience in a leadership role, working with senior management to find solutions for customers, and leading teams

• Knowledge of contract coordination with subcontractor and teammate staffing

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills and consulting skills

• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting

Clearance:
