Technology Partnership Growth Lead

Key Role:

Develop, implement, and assess specific new and emerging technologies, platforms, and services. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in defense, technology, and innovation

• Knowledge of venture capital, federal contracting, and dual-use commercialization

• Ability to quickly develop capture strategies and execute strategies that result in near-term gains and long-term strategically aligned growth

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in a Business Management, Engineering, or IT field

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience as a military officer

• Knowledge of current Army Innovation and Transformation initiatives

• Ability to quickly assess funding lines and policy to align strategy to Department of Defense priorities

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
