Earned Value Management Lead Key Role: Lead the implementation and execution of EVM processes and systems across our projects. Display a deep understanding of project management principles, a meticulous approach to data analysis, and the ability to communicate complex financial and schedule performance information to various stakeholders. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EVM system, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as EIA-748 D. Conduct regular project performance analysis using EVM metrics such as Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Budget at Completion (BAC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and To Complete Performance Index (TCPI). Generate comprehensive EVM reports and dashboards for project managers, senior leadership, and clients. Manage the EVM toolset and software, ensuring it meets project requirements and integrates with other enterprise systems. Support internal and external audits related to EVM compliance. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
