Role Overview

Harmonia Holdings Group is seeking a skilled Network & Computer Systems Administrator to support DHS ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Title III and Linguists Unit (T3LU) under the CALEA program. This role provides technical depth in system setup, administration, troubleshooting, and mission support for Title III and Pen Register systems.

This position supports DHS's mission while contributing to Harmonia's overarching goals: delivering premier technology services, driving mission-focused innovation, sustaining organizational excellence, and being an employer of choice for skilled professionals.

Responsibilities



  • Set up, administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and support CALEA systems and Title III/Pen Register environments.
  • Conduct system capacity analysis and resolve performance issues.
  • Manage system installations, patches, and upgrades in compliance with DHS standards.
  • Provide on-call and 24/7 support coverage for dedicated roles.
  • Support Active Directory (AD), DNS, WSUS, TCP/IP configuration, and system integration.
  • Apply security patches and antivirus updates to maintain accreditation and security compliance.
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
  • Assist in hardware replacement, including drives, memory, and components.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Homeland Security, Engineering, or related field OR +5 years equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years enterprise IT systems/network administration experience.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE+Security), or PMP - preferred (CCNA/CCNP not accepted).
  • Skilled in:


    • Windows OS and Active Directory (AD)
    • Linux administration (basic)
    • VMware virtualization
    • SAN/RAID storage systems


  • Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Physical Demands / Work Environment



  • Must regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 80 lbs. with hand truck/lift cart.
  • Requires standing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling in server-room environments.
  • Normal hearing/vision required; moderate server-room noise.
