CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
*Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs in Esprit.
*Import and interpret models/drawings in SolidWorks.
*Program and prove out prototype parts, supporting new product introduction.
*Create setup documentation, tooling plans, and process sheets.
*Support machinists during first runs and resolve programming/machining issues.
*Optimize cutting parameters to improve cycle times, tool life, and quality.
*Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with GD&T and quality standards.

CNC Programmer Requirements:
*Must be U.S. Citizen due to government contract
*High School Degree
*Experience with inspection and metrology tools including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators
*5 years expert programming experience of 5 Axis Machining Centers using CAD CAM software Esprit required
*Expert user of CAD and 3D Modeling software - SolidWorks experience preferred
*CNC Programming certification is preferred, not required
*Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008
*Lean Experience
*Vertical and Horizontal Machining
