Program Manager, Consultant

Your Role

The Digital Engineering and Experience Cloud First team is a cross functional group responsible for the advancement and support of the Stellarus Cloud Migration and Modernization . The Consultant Program Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Project and Program Management . In this role you will support the IT priority initiative owner and team to help orchestrate our multi-year program delivery. Our priority initiatives are key in building the technology foundation to modernize Blue Shield by moving to the Cloud, building out the Experience Cube and migrating our applications to deliver a much higher quality experience for our members and providers. Your role as Principal Program Manager is instrumental to the team's success . Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• At least 7 years of prior relevant experience in a relateable area

• At least 5 years of experience in Agile principles, practices, and methodology

• Experience communicate and reporting out to executive leadership team on a regular basis

• Deep knowledge of health care acumen as it relates to Blue Shield of California's members, providers and employees

• Minimum 7 years of managing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives that span across multiple teams

• PMP and/or Scaled Agile certification preferred
