Supply Chain Engineer - Spec IIin GAC Savannah Unique Skills: Successful candidate to possess knowledge of manufacturing tooling across various commodities, best practices for tool storage and tracking, predictive tool life cycle management, and project management proficiency. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related curriculum required. 10 years in specific technical discipline or 15 years broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors. Experience credit considered for related adv degrees limited to 2 yrs for Masters and 4 yrs for PhD in fields applicable to this job.
Position Purpose:
Work both independently and as a key team member to prepare, execute and evaluate analyses for problem solving and planning improvements for manufacturing issues within the supply-chain, supporting both production and post-production. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and improvements of production methods and procedures related to tooling, layout, production planning & flow, assembly method and material processes & fabrication within the supply-chain.
