Department OverviewMotorola Solutions is a global leader in professional mobile communication systems, renowned for its technological innovations and extensive network of installed systems worldwide.The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role within the Field Service Organization (FSO), which is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of highly technical, mission-critical digital mobile communication systems for government and public safety clients. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the deployment, optimization, and repair of infrastructure, public safety loggers, subscribers, microwave equipment, computers, servers, and network equipment. The FSO collaborates with customers, system managers, engineers, sales teams, project managers, system technologists, and service partners to achieve its mission. The department operates on a 24/7/365 on-call basis to provide uninterrupted support for the mission-critical systems used by public safety customers. Job Description

#LI-CC1 This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers. Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
