Overview The Customer Relationship & Innovation Solutions team focuses on improving the internal and external customer's experience throughout Electric Operations. The role involves grassroots sourcing of technology ideas, and close coordination with business leads throughout Electric Operations to develop solutions. The team serves as head of product for all Electric Operation tools created by ITs Digital Factory and applications built on the Pega Platform. The team also guides Product Owners through product development & adoption to ensure products deliver both stakeholder needs and expected value.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Develop reports, workbooks and dashboards using real-time T-SQL and Oracle Database interfaces via data visualization tools (such as Power BI).
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, SharePoint, & Dataverse.
- Foster inter and intra departmental communications to progress tasks/projects within the initiative portfolio. Maintain close partnership with IT's Digital Factory, the WMS team, CRMS & CPMS teams.
- Act as the communications conduit to the executive sponsors and executive committees and conduct periodic briefings/updates. This includes creation of dynamic presentations and briefing documents.
- Perform the role of Product Owner for Digital Products created for the Digital Factory on an as-needed basis, maintaining product roadmap, user story creation, development progress, and defect backlogs & priorities.
- Track and resolve, or escalate, issues, risks, and change requests. Escalate outcomes to executive sponsors as necessary.
- Demonstrate core business skills and specialized knowledge about Electric Operations work processes to advance Electric Operations objectives.
- Responsible for performing other related assignments as required including representing the Company at project meetings.
- Lead and manage assigned staff by setting clear performance expectations, monitoring outcomes, and driving continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- High School Diploma/GED and seven years of relevant work experience or
- Associate's Degree and five years of relevant work experience or
- Bachelor's Degree and three years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and three years of relevant work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
- 3 years of experience as a self-starter, with a willingness to learn, and a strong ability to creatively problem solve. Required
- 3 years of experience in directing project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical project objectives or 3 years experience in managing IT projects. Required
- 3 years of experience in budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality of all project elements including ability to manage complex projects with multiple sub-projects. Required
- 3 years of experience in working on project teams to deliver results. Required
- Ability to drive ideas from the point of conception to realized results (planning, meeting facilitation, assignment or action items, and prompt action on follow-ups when commitments are made). Required
- Have Communication, Oral and written skills to interface with all levels of union & management personnel. Required
- Willingness to take on new and unfamiliar project assignments based on changing needs. Required
- Experience with data analysis techniques and reporting (i.e SQL, Power BI, R, Python etc.) Required
- Familiar with extracting and utilizing WMS data and financial data to inform business decisions. Required
- Manage projects with multiple sub-projects, with each project unto itself. Required
- Gather and energize multi-disciplined teams to achieve target results. Required
- Experience with application and automation development. Preferred
- Experience with Business Process Modeling. Preferred

Additional Physical Demands
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
- Must be able to participate in the Companys emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
