Department: IT Application and Development Reports To: Senior Software Engineer / Application Development Asst. Director As a Software Engineer I, you'll: Assist in the development and maintenance of custom applications and system integrations. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior engineers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform unit testing and assist in system and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and development best practices. Support deployment and post-implementation activities. What You Will Bring Proven experience as a full stack application developer (SQL, Appian, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, .NET, etc.) Strong background in application lifecycle management and support services Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies Ability to manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.) Bonus Points For: Experience with OnBase by Hyland (configuration, workflow automation, document management) Familiarity with enterprise content management and business process automation Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Business Management or relevant degree. Equivalent work experience may be substituted on a 2:1 basis. Work Experience: 3-4 years of related work experience with computer systems and applications Salary Range: Minimum 33.41/hour - Maximum 58.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
