Our healthcare professionals have the opportunity each and every day to make a difference in the lives of older adults that reside in our quaint 43 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Mercer Island on the shores of Lake Washington. 5 minutes from Factoria Mall. 2 licensed staff on per shift with the support of 1 admission nurse, 1 resident care manager and the Director of Nursing. Average daily census 38-40. 60% resident population short term/post acute care. This position to ensure that quality care is delivered through assessment and monitoring of staff performance, physician contact, care planning and daily resident assessment. This position also provides direct care to residents. All this is done according to nursing standards of practice, standard procedures, and established State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities. #RN Compensation Pay Range: Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $41.83 - $52.70 per hour.
