Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Picker to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
* Ensure accuracy of picking customer orders
* Perform quality checks on products and orders
* Verify stock availability and restock shelves as needed
* Repackage orders when required
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
* Keep accurate records related to picking and stock handling

Your Shift: Monday - Friday, Variable Hours

You Must Have:
* Ability to use a ring scanner, manual equipment, and powered material handling equipment (i.e., order picker or lift)
* Certification required for powered equipment
* Ability to read and count accurately and perform simple math
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining department goals
* Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
* Self-motivated with the ability to multitask

We Would Also Prefer:
* High School Diploma or GED
* More than 2 years of experience in pick/pack operations

Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
* Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
* Frequently required to move throughout the facility
* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry)
