DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Delivery and Case Management: * Serve as day-to-day lead for all client-facing matters related to the Joseph McFee Center recovery focused transitional housing program. * In collaboration with officers, initiative director, and existing residential treatment staff manage and guide support services in accordance with the organization's mission, values, and policies and procedures * Work closely with all social service support staff to further develop and implement high-quality programming that delivers individualized counseling, intense case management, job readiness training, and life skills development * Represent the program internally during planning meetings, board meetings and with external stakeholders including community groups, partners, and third-party service providers * Oversee and facilitate resident-related community-building activities both internally and externally * Oversee client success: intake & assessment, individual service plans, ongoing case management, referrals, support groups, and other services that respond to the needs of clients * Provide ongoing supportive and/or case management functions in accordance with the problems, needs and strategies identified within the individual service plan to help the clients achieve the stated goals and objectives * Provide support, encouragement, accountability, and regular evaluation for clients while maintaining confidentiality * Oversees the Participant Savings Account program, ensuring accurate tracking of deposits and disbursements, and performs routine accounting tasks including reconciliation, reporting, and collaboration with finance staff to maintain fiscal integrity. * Track resident case notes, outcomes, and program deliverables The Salvation Army Joseph McFee Center Supervision and Administration: * Create and monitor work schedules for TWO-ER staff * Conduct staff meetings weekly with TWO-ER personnel * Provide oversight, supervision, training, and evaluation for TWO-ER staff * Responsible for all day-to-day operations of TWO-ER services * Manage collection of participant fees and savings * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of The Salvation Army and the State of California * Produce and maintain various program reports relating to operations and administration * Provide regular written and oral reports as needed to the Program Director and Executive Director(s) * Other related duties as required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) * CA driver's license (required) SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Ability to work with government leaders, volunteers, and community groups, etc. * Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and cultures. * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Office. Must be fluent with Microsoft Word and Quick Books * Self-motivated and able to motivate others * Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and accurate * Ability to maintain good rapport and communication with other staff members, clients, and the public. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and ability to schedule time and resources. * Capable of maintaining a high level of integrity EQUIPMENT USED: * Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
