What You'll Do



  • Develop project plans and define scope, goals, and deliverables for technology programs
  • Lead Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices across cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with IT teams and technology vendors to streamline processes and solve problems
  • Monitor progress, track metrics, and provide insightful reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organizational goals
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success
  • Facilitate Agile release planning, synchronization meetings, and backlog management
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions
  • Coach teams in Agile process adoption and consistent use of tools such as Jira
  • Drive continuous improvement by tracking performance and optimizing delivery processes

What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Program Management
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, program management, and technical communication
  • Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Preferred: Experience with Jira, Google Cloud Platform, scaled Agile teams, or automotive processes
