About the team: As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams - including Marketing, Finance, and Product - to provide actionable insights and support sales operations strategic decision-making. About the role: As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll successfully own business administration and requirements of Salesforce and our Sales tech stack, collaborate with other Revenue Operations team members on data analytic reporting, and support sales analysis & forecasting to align sales employees' goals with customer satisfaction and sales targets. Why we're hiring for this role: We're seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence in our fast-growing SaaS company. This role serves as the technical backbone of our Revenue Operations function, focusing on Salesforce administration, data analytics, and process automation to enable sales team productivity and provide actionable insights to leadership. Once hired, you will: 
 
 
 Own day-to-day Salesforce business administration including user support, field and workflow automation requirements, new feature requirements.Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for leadership visibility in the sales technology ecosystemEnsure data quality through duplicate management, data standardization, and cleanup initiativesCreate automated reporting for weekly/monthly sales reviews and board presentationsConduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic sales initiatives and territory planningSupport sales team with technical troubleshooting and system optimization of the sales technology ecosystem
 
 As you progress in the role, you will: 
 
 
 Support sales forecasting accuracy through data analysis and trend identificationPartner with Marketing on lead scoring, attribution, and campaign effectiveness analysisDocument and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and adoptionCreate training materials and conduct sessions for sales team on system updatesLead cross-functional projects for system implementations and process improvementsCollaborate with IT on system security, performance, and integration requirements
 
 What you bring to the team: 
 
 
 Effective communicator with sales leadership and SLTWork in a highly collaborative and data driven cultureEnthusiasm to learn a new business model and build upon your skillset
 
 Required: 
 
 
 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or Salesforce administrationStrong expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales insights engagement platforms (tools like SalesLoft, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, ChurnZero)Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for compensation analytics dashboardsDeep understanding of SaaS sales processes and metricsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
 
 Preferred: 
 
 
 Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc.)SQL knowledge for advanced data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)Previous experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
 Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. $90,000
