Job Description

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a visionaryCreative Directorto lead our in-house creative team-the brand's internal agency driving storytelling across every consumer touchpoint. This role defines the look, feel, and voice of an iconic brand, leading campaigns that inspire fun, connection, and brand love.

You'll:

• Set the visionfor the brand's creative strategy and identity across advertising, digital, in-store, and social.

• Lead a talented in-house teamof designers, videographers, and freelancers producing national campaigns, social content, and in-store experiences.

• Collaborate cross-functionallywith Marketing, PR, Operations, Entertainment, and Construction to deliver breakthrough creative that drives business impact.

• Champion innovationby integrating emerging tech and AI tools into the creative process.

• Oversee production and quality, managing vendors, budgets, and workflows to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets on time and on budget.

• Shape experiencesin-store through environmental and experiential design that brings the brand to life for families everywhere.

What you bring:

• 10+ years leading creative for major consumer or entertainment brands

• A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and video storytelling

• Proven success managing and mentoring high-performing creative teams

• Experience with multi-channel production, vendor management, and creative operations

• Passion for innovation and the intersection of creativity, technology, and fun
