Position Responsibilities Analyze HR data to uncover trends and communicate insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention and other staffing areas. Create clear, concise and compelling reports and memos to share findings with stakeholders. Build and enhance tools using Excel, Access and PowerBI to streamline HR operations and reporting. Collaborate with HR partners and business teams to support data-driven staffing plans. Monitor HR system transactions for accuracy and recommend process improvements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in an analyst role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery, PowerPivot and Advanced Formulas. Understanding of relational databases a plus. Excellent communication and time management with careful attention to detail.
