We are looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager, Frontier Function to drive marketing for Microsoft's "Frontier Function" vision, empowering functional leaders to reimagine their operations using Microsoft's ecosystem of AI-powered solutions.This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer engagement. You'll lead initiatives that define guides and playbooks that lay out practical guidance on how business functions-including finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing-can transform their operations with AI and agents. You'll also help shape product direction, and build compelling marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption, and business impact. ResponsibilitiesLead primary research to define target functions, personas, and high-impact processes.Build functional blueprints that help customers discover opportunities for automation and value creation.Develop and execute full-stack marketing strategies to reach functional leaders through events, thought leadership, video, blog, social, and Public Relations (PR)/Analyst Relations (AR).Shape product portfolio in partnership with Product Marketing and Engineering to meet functional needs and differentiate from competitors.Refine go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Partner, and go-to-market (GTM) stakeholders.Create compelling messaging, demos, and sales materials aligned to customer journeys.Define and track success metrics across marketing and product performance.Act as a strategic partner to teams across Microsoft to land revenue and engagement growth priorities.Embody our Culture and Values |
