The Supervisor of Order Management is a critical leadership role that is integral to Visionworks corporate manufacturing and distribution operations. This position will lead departmental activities to ensure the shift has is executing flawlessly and delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching the team to enhance the performance of both the group and the individuals toward achieving overall departmental objectives. Pay Class and Pay

Pay Class: Full Time Pay: $24.95 - $27.19 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:
|
Supervise a team to include recruiting, training and development, coaching, counseling and performance management. Ability to communicate and escalate retail and provider opportunities with peers and upper management. Responsible for improving customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, implementing changes to maximize efficiencies and throughput. Maximizes operational performance by providing effective communication and technical support to field operators by resolving problems and detecting or diagnosing network problems. Work closely with other teams to maintain a well cross-functional workforce. Participate in the preparation, development and analysis of various reports to include production planning, turnaround time and productivity results. Effectively communicate, document and activate change management processes in a dynamic environment, Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Education:
|
Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
|
Experience & Background:
|
Three (3) plus years of relevant work experience including supervising a diverse and fast paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and various other software products, experience with automation tools a plus. Experience in working with structured procedures and processes Experience in data analytics, modeling, simulation and reporting Excellent process improvement, process design and change/program management skills Strong problem-solving skills with Green Belt training/certification or equivalent experience ABO certification a plus

Language Skills:

Excellent verbal and written skills Skills to effectively present information in one-on-one and group settings is necessary Bilingual ability, particularly in Spanish, is desirable
