- Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles
- Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures; etc.
- Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, etc.
- Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in leu of degree
- Hold an active government issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles.
- Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.
- Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
SALARY RANGE: $128,000 - $192,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
