How you make a difference in this role:

The attorney shall represent indigent citizens accused of criminal activity who have been appointed as counsel by the court to the office of the District Public Defender in General Sessions Court, and Criminal Court. Job Overview:

The attorney will assume the duties and responsibilities of representing indigent persons in General Sessions and Circuit Courts for whom the District Public Defender has been appointed as counsel by the courts in Lincoln, Marshall, Moore and Bedford counties.
