 Leads in researching discrepancies in cycle countsAssists shipping departments with problems with pallet ticketsCollaborates with QC at the plant to maintain material and batch accuracyReports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposesStores shipping materials and supplies to maintain an inventory of stockPerforms data entry to release, move into location, or adjust inventory through computer softwareAddresses departmental paperwork and conducts physical searches/research of missing productsUses a warehouse management system and prepares accurate bills for outbound freightPerforms a minimum of 500 bin physical cycle counts per shift dailyWorks with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specificationsTracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as neededMaintains a clean and safe work environmentPerforms other duties as assigned Position Details:

 High School diploma or GED1 year of experience in an administrative, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, production, or supply chain support role1 year of working within a manufacturing or warehouse environment1 year of previous Raymond stand-up forklift operating experience1 year of research and reporting analytics1 year of working knowledge of SAP, WMS, and MS ProgramsExcellent communication and mathematical skillsExcellent attention to detailNo Immigration Sponsorship is available for this opportunity Physical Demands:
