ASU Administrative Coordinator (Full Time)

The Office Manager is a 40-hour/week, full-time position:

The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations of the ASU, provides administrative support to the ASU Director and Deputy Director, and supports interdepartmental and programmatic efforts across the agency.

The Office Manager provides direct oversight to behavioral health workers, including ongoing group and individual supervision and training. They will also play a supportive role in managing all staff by promoting team cohesion and fielding feedback.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


  • Inventory management, supply purchasing, petty cash, and receiving orders
  • Coordinating with outside vendors (e.g, bio-waste, shredder, caterer, etc.)
  • Managing paperwork, client records, and ensuring accuracy and completion in the electronic medical record
  • Data analysis and reporting (e.g., BHOLD, BH open beds)
  • Fielding client and staff feedback
  • Coordinating with other CCA departments in service of daily operations (facilities, IT, EHR, etc.)
  • Facilities management, maintenance requests, monthly safety inspections, and fire drills
  • Coordinating admission and discharge procedures as needed
  • Other administrative tasks as identified

The position requires administrative experience, knowledge of office management procedures, strong organizational skills, and strong technological skills. Excellent time management skills are essential. At least two years of experience in the community mental health and/or rehabilitation field preferred, including working knowledge of health information, and related policy, procedures, and regulations.

Education/Licensing Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Benefits
