*What You'll Do* *Customer Support* * Be the go-to expert for operational and technical support, ensuring customers get the most out of their equipment. * Lead engaging operator training sessions both onsite and at customer facilities. * Provide responsive, phone-based technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Collaborate with customers on-site to develop optimized application processes that enhance machine performance. *Sales Support* * Partner with our sales team to deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase our solutions. * Conduct hands-on machine demos during customer visits and industry trade shows. * Process machine samples to support new customer acquisition and product evaluation. * Innovate by developing cutting techniques for new product models, contributing directly to product development. *What You Bring* * A strong foundation in *customer service* and *sales support* * Excellent *communication skills*-both written and verbal * Solid *technical aptitude* and a knack for solving problems * Confident *presentation skills* with the ability to engage diverse audiences * Familiarity with *CNC machinery* and manufacturing processes * Willingness to *travel* to customer sites and events *Experience Level* *Intermediate* - You've got some experience under your belt and are ready to take it to the next level. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
