The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.**Job Overview As a Product Marketing Manager for T-Mobile's Data & AI Commercialization team, you will lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and channel enablement for AI-powered solutions-shaping value propositions, arming sales, and driving adoption across business and consumer segments. You'll pair deep market understanding with crisp execution to launch complex technical capabilities with speed and clarity. In addition to core product marketing, this role also owns targeted product management for the AI platform partnering with Product/Engineering to translate voice-of-customer into requirements, run MVPs/betas, and prioritize a roadmap for select platform features spanning multiple domains. To be successful in this role, you will excel at bringing complex technical solutions to market with speed and clarity. You'll work cross-functionally to launch new AI capabilities, creating messaging that resonates with diverse audiences from consumers to small business owners. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
