 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Qualifications
 
 REQUISITE SKILLS: 
     Experience with government facilities programs desirable but not necessaryExcellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with rocket propulsion desirable but not necessary - willing to learn.A working knowledge of the English language is required. The candidate shall be able to operate in a team environment, and shall have good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills (written and verbal). 
     Following Safety Regulations adhering to safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and other local codes. Communicating with Clients/Customers explaining mechanical issues to customers, outlining repair solutions, and recommending preventative measures. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers. QUALIFICATIONS: 
     The candidate must be able to complete a background check for test complex and facility access. 
     Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with state of the art technology.Perform welds using arc and T.I.G. welding processesWorks from blueprints, sketches, and/or verbal instructions.Assembles and welds iron, steel, aluminum, stainless steel and other alloysPerforms welds using arc and T.I.G. welding processes; uses oxygen/acetylene torch and cutting/notching equipment such as bank saw, ironworker, shear and reciprocating saw to cut and fit assembliesDetermines fabrication, repair, or modification requirements and methods to be followed, laying out and planning assigned work.Constructs stand and jigs for weldmentsTroubleshoots and adjusts welding/burning equipmentAssembles and connects welding apparatus including tanks, regulators, hoses, torches and tips, cables, with feeders and electrode holders.Performs other work of related skill.May be asked to assist with or complete work in other craft areas.
