Pay:

• $25- $35 per hour | Competitive pay based on experience
• 2nd Shift Differential: +10% on base hourly pay
• Eligible for overtime

Hours:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• No alternate shift training required unless specified by supervisor

While working as a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathe machines accurately and efficiently, monitoring machine performance, and adjusting settings as needed. You will use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality, and must be able to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T. This position requires you to follow setup instructions, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to ISO quality and safety standards. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for full 8+ hour shifts while wearing appropriate shop attire including safety glasses and steel-toe shoes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in CNC lathe or machine tool operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Understanding of GD&T and basic machining math
• Ability to work with close tolerances and perform precision work
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality standards
