Work Environment



  • Location: Pentagon/Mark Center
  • Travel: 15% for training delivery and stakeholder meetings
  • Security: Public Trust minimum, Secret preferred for expanded access


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and deliver environmental compliance training programs
  • Coordinate stakeholder outreach and communication activities
  • Support event planning and technical program implementation
  • Create training materials, presentations, and educational resources
  • Manage training databases and track completion metrics
  • Interface with facility personnel and external stakeholders
  • Support public affairs and community engagement activities


Experience Requirements



  • 5-8 years training development and program coordination experience
  • Adult education and technical training experience


Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, or related field


Required Skills



  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills
  • Experience with adult learning principles and training design
  • Proficiency in multimedia presentation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Event planning and coordination experience
  • Understanding of environmental compliance requirements
