Location: Onsite in our Brooklyn Park, MN office (8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday) with potential for hybrid work depending on business needs.

Reporting to the Enterprise Services Team Manager, this highly collaborative entry-level Hardware Services & Logistics Coordinator role will showcase your organizational, logistics, and coordination skills while supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving - all while coordinating installations and repairs of super cool 3D printer hardware. You'll work closely with service engineers, sales teams, and customers to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and smooth service operations. You'll also assist with documenting and improving processes to help streamline daily operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Managing warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping equipment and parts
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Coordinating logistics for equipment deliveries, including scheduling shipments and preparing documentation
• Scheduling installation and repair activities with customers and field service engineers
• Updating records of service activities, shipments, and inventory transactions
• Contributing to process development by documenting procedures and suggesting process improvements for warehouse, logistics, and coordination tasks
• Providing administrative support as needed to the service and logistics teams

WHAT YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS HARDWARE SERVICES & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR ROLE

• Availability to work 8am - 5pm onsite in our Brooklyn Park, MN office
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, service coordination, or administration preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to document and follow standard operating procedures
• Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills with extreme attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP/inventory management systems is required, and Zendesk and Salesforce experience is preferred
• Autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator with outstanding multitasking, prioritization, and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player with exceptional relationship building, time management, and collaboration skills)
• Customer service mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
