Valley Medical Group, part of Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking OB/GYN physicians to join our growing practices. These opportunities will be based out of our Wayne and Ridgewood offices with an anticipated call schedule of 1 in 7. In 2024 the Valley Health System-Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai OB/GYN Residency program was launched, and in July we welcomed our second class of residents. In addition to the opportunity of mentoring our residents, successful candidates will have the title of Clinical Assistant Professor for our residency program. The Valley Hospital Fertility Center, Breast Imaging Center, Heart Care for Women, Gynecology Surgery, Urogynecology, and Fibroid Center form a strong team for Women's Health representation.

Qualifications:



  • MD, DO or equivalent degree
  • Successfully completed residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Board eligible or certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Existing or eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to advance and develop a superior clinical service
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences, in group settings or one-on-one.
  • Expertise in establishing physician relationships combined with the ability to manage an interdisciplinary team while appreciating and fostering collegial and peer participation from all disciplines.
  • Effective supervisory skills, including clinical mentoring and coaching expertise.
  • Advocate for organizational values and commitment to gender equity and diversity
