Digital Content Specialist

We're looking for a Digital Content Specialistwith a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a data-driven mindset to help shape how public sector organizations connect with their audiences. You'll bring both creative and analytical strengths to the table, helping to build and execute content strategiesthat align with mission objectives, grow engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll be part of a team modernizing how government and mission-focused clients use digital channels, especially web and social media, to inform, inspire, and lead.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experiencein digital content strategy and execution
• Experience writing and editing social media copiesfor platforms such as X and LinkedIn
• Experience developing and managing website contentwith an eye towards UX, accessibility, and strategic messaging
• Experience developing and maintaining editorial calendarsand coordinating across teams
• Knowledge of metrics and analytics toolssuch as Google Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, and native platform insights, to inform content decisions
• Ability to interpret data to optimize content performanceand drive engagement
• Ability to be a storyteller and adapt tone, voice, and message to different audiences and platforms
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting public sector or mission-driven communications
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)such as WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with graphic design, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with content governance and digital accessibility best practices such as Section 508
• Experience with SEO principlesand optimizing web copies accordingly
• Experience working with the venture capital community, including startup ecosystems, dual-use tech, or investor engagement strategies
