Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Radiology IT Analyst.

We are seeking a Radiology IT Solutions Development Senior Analyst to join our team, who will be supervised by Marc Parente. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology information technology, with expertise in supporting radiology workflows, imaging applications, and end-users. This individual will provide day-to-day support to radiologists and radiology staff, collaborate with vendors and project managers on key initiatives, and ensure seamless operation of imaging systems. Superior customer service, technical troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of radiology applications are critical for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support to radiologists, technologists, and radiology staff.
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PACS, modalities, workstations, Diagnostic Monitors, and radiology applications.
    Support and configure radiology applications, and 3D post-processing solutions.
    Assist with modality configuration and integration into the radiology workflow.
    Ensure proper functioning and interoperability of imaging systems via DICOM and HL7 standards.
    Work with vendors and project managers on radiology IT projects, upgrades, and new implementations.
    Maintain and support Windows 11 workstations and associated hardware.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve radiology IT workflows and user satisfaction.
    Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
    Participate in the Radiology IT on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science.
4 or more years of relevant experience.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $81,325.15 - $104,388.24 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
