Responsible for monitoring and processing construction loan draws from loan origination to completion of construction project. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing the loan credit approval/conditions, draw requests, budgets, scheduling inspections and maintaining accurate records of all draws. The Draw Administrator works closely with the relationship manager, borrower, contractor and inspector to coordinate draw funding. Performs other projects and duties as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: * Review nCino (credit approval and loan data) and construction loan documentation to determine all requirements and conditions of each project. Resolve any discrepancies with the construction loan processing HUB, credit team and relationship manager. * Review all documentation for each draw request. This may include review of all lien waivers, invoices, inspections and comparison to budget line items to ensure project is on track. * Schedule construction draw inspections and ensure accuracy of inspection reports. * Ensure construction draws are commensurate with verified improvements and that the construction budget remains balanced with sufficient funds available for completion. Verify loan balances back to core system. * Maintain accurate records of each draw and interest reserve payments to ensure within budget. * Upload all required supporting documentation on each draw. * Fund all draws for the week in accordance with inspection results; coordinate with Loans Advances team and any other internal departments to process draw disbursement. * Maintain all files on construction inspectors including locating and vetting qualified 3rd party inspectors to provide inspection services and keep the Bank's approved inspector list current. * Coordinate with SAV Construction HUB to track all new closed loans, input loan, set up construction budget, and verify loan is booked on the system in accordance with loan documents. * Obtain approvals on weekly invoices from inspectors and submit to Accounts Payable; maintain files on all invoices received/submitted. * Maintain knowledge of changing regulations and policies. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: * Proficient in Microsoft Excel. * Ability to prioritize work load and manage time to ensure that draws are not unduly delayed. * Strong attention to detail. * Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. * Ability to learn multiple systems. * Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise correspondence. Industry and Work Experience: * 0-2 years of prior banking and/or lending support experience preferred. Academic: * High school diploma or GED required. * Bachelor's degree preferred.
